It’s neither, and it’s also a bit of both.
This is a practitioner-led program where you are actively working with me, while moving through a structured method at the same time.
It’s not a membership where you’re just paying for access to content. And it’s not a self-paced course where you’re left to figure things out on your own.
Inside Feast & Famine™, you’re:
- being guided step by step through the method
- receiving individualized support based on your body
- and applying the work in real time, with adjustments as things shift
The program itself gives you the structure:
- the steps
- the teachings
- the tools
And my role is to:
- guide you through it
- personalize your protocol
- and support you as your body responds
So rather than asking “is this a course or a membership,” the better way to think about it is: this is how you work with me over a defined period of time, inside a structured and supported container
At the end of your time inside the program, you’ll have the option to continue inside the Alumni Membership if you’d like to stay connected to the content and community.
But the core experience is not ongoing access. It’s a guided process with support, designed to help you actually implement the work and move your body forward.
