This path is for those who want a deeper level of guidance and ongoing practitioner support as they move through the Metabolic Therapy Method. It's for individuals who are not just looking to optimize their metabolism, but are actively working through deeper health challenges.

This may include:

• or conditions that require closer monitoring and more frequent adjustments

In this path, we go beyond building foundations. We are actively working together to support your body through a more complex healing process.

And because of that, this requires:

• more direct guidance

Path 2 includes everything in Path 1, with additional time and direct access to me so we can work together more closely as your body responds to the protocol.

This level of support allows us to fine-tune your protocol in real time and make thoughtful adjustments as new information emerges through your symptoms, labs, and progress.

Path 2 Includes:

• 12 full months of support together, allowing more time to observe your body's responses and continue refining your protocol
• A personalized, in-depth health assessment where I review your health history and look at everything that may be contributing to your current symptoms
• Detailed lab review of any past labs you already have and, if needed, a custom lab requisition that I personally design based on your individual case
• Individualized supplementation and dietary protocol tailored to your general needs and current metabolic state 

• Direct voice memo and chat access to me throughout the program. This gives you the ability to ask questions, share updates, and receive feedback as things come up, rather than waiting for scheduled check-ins

• 6 private sessions with me to dive in deeper and fine tune your approach to really see results 
• The ability to adjust your protocol in real time based on symptoms, labs, and response
• At this rate you are getting 12 months for the price of 10 months!

This additional access allows us to work more closely together, making adjustments as needed and supporting you through the natural shifts that happen as your metabolism begins to rebalance.
